Sunshine on a Tuesday

Gooooood afternoon friends!

It is super windy and cold today in the good state of Nebraska. The sun is shining though, so we will take what we get.

I was able to go get a good workout in this morning and start the day off right. I haven’t been there consistently in the last few weeks so that needs to change.

My mood is so much better when I get there!

A dear friend of mine dropped off a surprise earlier. Completely made my day. We may be going through a valley, but we have such good people in our lives.

How perfect is that book for me? I can’t wait to read it.

So later this evening, I’ll get to give myself a little pampering. My hands are so dry from this cold weather, it’s time to get out the Satin Hands again from Mary Kay.

I totally dig this nail polish line. I get it from Walgreens. I usually stick with black, black or black. Sometimes on a very rare occurrence, you’ll see gray or light pink. Not to often though.

You all know how boring I am!

I feel at peace today with what’s been going on. I’m going to enjoy the sunshine and my husbands company today. Friends, don’t let the valleys in life get to you.

Stay strong. Push through. Let your family and friends help you. Don’t push them away. It’s crazy, but you find out who your true friends are when bad things happen.
